GOD IS CALLING THE CHURCH OF SPOKANE TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF FATHERLESSNESS
In an historic gathering of nearly 100 Christian leaders in Spokane Jan. 20, 2016, fatherlessness emerged – by nearly unanimous consent – as the primary social issue confronting our communities today.

The 2017 conference is the one-year anniversary of this historic event and will build on this extraordinary consensus.

The objective of the 2017 Spokane Fatherhood Conference is to more fully engage the Church of Spokane in the spiritual battle against the damaging consequences of fatherlessness in our community.

Conference speakers will (1) provide a report on the health and welfare of children and families in Spokane County: (2) highlight programs that address fatherlessness in Spokane; and (3) lead participants in prayers of confession and repentance.

This conference draws together a rich mix of the spiritual, inspirational and practical. Come learn practical ways your church can work to overcome this devastating social disease.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This conference is a convening of the Church of Spokane. Because of the widespread effects of fatherlessness, every church, business and government agency is affected. If Spokane is to enjoy stronger families and safer children, if fatherhood is to be restored to its rightful place in our culture, then the body of Christ must be mobilized. We especially encourage pastors, youth pastors, men’s ministry leaders, Sunday School teachers and leaders of faith-based ministries to attend.
