It’s Time to Pray

When you know that you are facing an enemy who neither fears God nor man what do you do?
In the United States of America a giant has arisen who has successfully intimidated the people who claim to follow Jesus. It has taken the form of protecting ourselves from a virus…then morphed into a religion of fear and coercion. Our government has found it convenient to “never let a crisis go to waste.” A representative form of government has astonishingly collapsed into a form of medical tyranny. Fear gave way to panic, then panic gave way to hysteria, and hysteria turned everyone against their neighbors.
Driven by an obedient mass media a slightly more deadly influenza than normal (especially for the elderly with pre-existing health issues) has been used by power hungry politicians to see how subservient the masses can be. And they soon found that a free people can be manipulated with the tools of safety and security in astonishing ways.
What an opportunity presented itself to the masters of deception! Shutting down free speech with the help of the big tech oligarchs, and positioning big Pharma for ever expanding future “booster” vaccines. Violent racism was cultivated in a summer of carefully orchestrated riots against, of all things, racism.
The radical reconstruction of our countries history was poisoned by a brand new form of socialism/Marxism designed to further divide us.
Anyone who asked an honest question or raised an objection was immediately categorized as a conspiracy theorist, a science denier, a racist, white supremacist or an “anti-vaccine” nut job. No narratives besides those pushed by the ruling elites are allowed. Any other perspectives are ruthlessly silenced or branded as dis-information. Could anyone have foreseen that Americans could so quickly submit to being treated as sheep? The independence we prided ourselves with possessing for so long has evaporated in a mindless pursuit of the cult of safety.
So, what do we do now? The old ship of a free country has sailed and we are not on it. The USA is now a nation being assaulted by educators, reporters and politicians all colluding to create the deception of the century. Who can turn this situation around? Who has the power to correct the fraudulent takeover of our beloved country?
This is where only God can change the trajectory of our decent into fascism and tyranny. He warned us in the scriptures that “perilous times” would come at the end of the present age. We just didn’t anticipate the shrewd demonic deception by which health concerns could be used to set up the Globalists agenda. We’ve been blindsided and outsmarted. But God is not deceived!
None of the developments of the past two years surprised Him. He alone knows the full capacity for evil that lies in the human heart. Is He OK with what is happening? Of course not! He is not the author of lies and deception. He is against those who scheme and plot to gain power and use it to control others.
Our Creator is our only hope.
So, let’s pray as if our lives depend upon His protection and defeat of our enemies…because they do! Let’s persevere in prayer, prevailing upon God to awaken His Church and pour out His Spirit.
Father God, we don’t know the full extent of our complicity in the calamity that has come upon us. We have been asleep in comfort and convenience. We have assumed that all our preferences would automatically be there. And, obviously, we have gotten it wrong. Please forgive us and hear our cries of distress. Turn back the tide of world events and give us a chance to finish the task for which you have left us on this planet.
